On January 25, 2021, Raithane Agri Products Nepal launched its mobile application (E-commerce-Apps) which was inaugurated by Dr. Ghanshyam Gurung, country representative of WWF Nepal. During the inaugural function presided over by Mr. Tilak Bahadur Dhakal, Chairman of the company where more than 65 people participated. Experts, government officials, representative of stakeholders and consumers shared their views on local products, important of Raithaane and its conservation and wished the company on the occasion. The Financial and technical support has been received from Swiss Contact, CASA Project to prepare the Apps.

Former Secretary of Nepal, Krishna Raj BC, Climate change and Adaptation expert Dr. Jagannath Joshi, Former member of Planning Commission Dr. Chandrakant Poudyal, Former Dy director General of department of Forest, Krishna Prasad Pokharel, Agriculture expert Dr. Devendra Gauchan, economist Mr. Dhan Prasad Rai, former administrator Tilak Poudyal, Forester Uday Raj Kandel, conservationist Babukrishna Karki and others expressed their views and wished success.

At the beginning of the program, Mr. Tilak Bahadur Dhakal, Chairman of the company, introduced Raithane Agri Products Nepal and the achievements of the company during the one-year period of establishment of the company and shared the main objectives and future strategy of Company as below
1. Capacity building of local, provincial and federal governments, cooperatives and farmers for conservation and production of Raithaane crops and products.
2. To promote and facilitate the environment friendly production and marketing of Raithaane agricultural products.
3. To identify, produce and market the Raithaane agriculture products and non-timber forest products (NTFP).
4. To collaborate with organizations or companies with similar vision, mission and values.
The company's future strategy
1. To coordinate and collaboration with other companies, groups and networks with similar objectives.
2. Identify, select and develop the capacity of community business facilitators and involve them in conservation, production and collection campaigns.
3. To explore, identify and collaborate with governmental and non-governmental organizations for the same purpose for the protection, production and marketing of indigenous crops.
4. Producer, farmer network for maintaining quality of agricultural produce and commodities.
5. To give priority to the marginalized, vulnerable and small farmers in the collection of indigenous agricultural products.
Dr. Ghanshyam Gurung, country representative of WWF Nepal, who was the chief guest at the event, highlighted the interrelationships and interdependence of Indigenous Agri Products and its conservation sector.
On the occasion, it was informed that a special discount of up to one month has been arranged for the consumers who trade in native products through this app.
